The rune of power proc on icy veins proc is fixed, guys i like your videos setup but i often see an almost copy paste of icyveins or wowhead for your class videos. Often small changes you dont pick up on your videos. Thats prob cause you pump out content like a train, just a small critique. Hope its helpfull.
Glacial spike is mechanically superior in terms of fun? I disagree, glacial spike was the reason I didn't want to play frost. Too long cast time, in a spec with very active proc casts. I get the point of hitting hard with big chunk of ice but I don't think that's what frost is made for. Nice video overall btw, thank you.

another fine detail, if you have the flurry AND the icy fingers procc, use the ice lances first, cuz if you flurry first you overwrite the icy fingers with the flurry effect, which adds 2 shatter ice lances.
TLDR: both proocs active
2xicelance–>flurry–>2xicelance
