  1. Ppl in the comments talking about Pertuabo's Ls like he didn't carry. He was chaos aligned. Of course, he had to fail. If his brothers listened and didn't act like rabid dogs, Tera would have been destroyed. And big E would have nowhere to go and would have truly died.

  2. Corax hated Horus before it was cool. Using the Ravenguard as his personal stealth team before the Lord of Shadows arrived.
Sending Corax & his sons into battle with no regard for their tactics or lives.
    Then Istvaan..
Even if corax became corrupted, he wouldn't serve horus.

  3. The traitor Primarchs were pretty much the worst possible combination of primarchs to work together. Not the worst individually, but the worst ones to force to work with each other. Except perhaps for Magnus and Perturabo, who actually had a good relationship. .

  4. The heresy from the outside seems so pointless and stupid, but when the traitors get a chance to voice their thoughts and beliefs its so much more complicated than the machinations of the chaos gods. The primarchs themselves are so complicated and multifaceted that there has to be more to the heresy than just "evil God want me to" and yet that's what the demon primarchs have become

  6. I just have this immage of Horus meeting the Emperor, getting praise from Big E how their plan had worked perfectly to identify and destroy every potential traitor In their ranks. After that, they stage Horus death and he stays behind only to reappear as abandon 2.0 (for failbaddon was killed by him)
