Ive been testing the brand/metamorph now for quite some time.. although only 5 minute fights..Where i did put in 2-3 seconds with downtime every 40 sec ( just fel rushed and double jumped back to target)
And i had an uptime of morph with average 88% after 40 fights á 5 min Was kewl, only bad thing about this is that after some time people get used to it, and then end up feeling punished if RNG / movement pushes you out of it and you end up doing 2k less dmg then the last time.
If the meta thing goes live, it would work fine for one tier, but maybe after that look at other options for it feel less rng and more into something like " spending fury decrease cd by 1sec as an example..Then you know that you cant do better and thats about it. For me it would feel more "deserved" atleast
Not really sure how strong it will be, but as a BM hunter you can use the ferocious appetite talent to reduce the CD of aspect of the wild by 3 seconds per kill command crit (6 seconds with 2 pets), the tierset that gives you 100% crit chance on kill command, and use the legendary that reduces the base CD of aspect of the wild by 35%. If you want, also use the killer cobra talent for even more kill commands. This all results in insanely high uptime of aspect of the wild. I'd like to see it tested whether or not 100% uptime is possible.
Yea I don't think any ele shaman will be using storm ele with new tier. They work against each other. Maybe some niche cases in aoe but alot of people are playing master of the elements in aoe too
