I got banned for apparently hacking the game. I obviously didn’t hack as I am honestly not knowledgeable enough about hacking, I wouldn’t know the first way to start… I got banned for playing my Twink Character (BigBadEro) on my second account. Really shocking that this happened and I truly hope Blizzard can appeal this ban. I can only assume I was unjustly reported for my character being too strong.

You should remain calm and wait for them to respond everytime you make a new ticket you are at the bottom of the queue
This sucks for you I love your videos. I'm betting one of the 2 players you killed when mind controlled also reported you for some unknown reason. I hope it gets resolved soon.

Hey mate, my Friend also recived a ban for "Cheating", sadly we got always auto response. We fighting with something that we cannot win. if you gonna find anyone who can help, please let us know cause we are really hopeless right now…
I think your situation is very unfortunate and based on what you have said, I would be surprised if they didn't unban the account. A tip from someone who responds to these types of tickets in the games industry, if you keep responding to your ticket, it will just push it to the back of the que. This is because as you making new posts, it counts as a new update, and generally working through tickets the process is to sort by when it was updated with the oldest being the priority. This is unfortunately a common practice in this environment.
Making new tickets will probably not add anything other than potentially confusing customer support staff when it comes to resolving your ticket. You may have two people working your case without the other knowing. I would have just written your second ticket as a comment to your first and left it at that. As frustrating as it sounds, you just need to have a bit of patience with this type of thing, its lame but it is what it is.
I hope you get your account back, I have enjoyed your content and have even been a member on your website. It would really suck to see you lose this one.
EROSIUM there're lots of people out there just jealous of your happiness. I got warning saying that I used bad words to others, which make no sense cause I can't say bad words, that's how I grew up. Even my close friends always had tried to make me say things just for the fun of it cause they know it's impossible for me to do so but they do it as a jock or just pure fun. Keep up to wonderful positive energy you bring to the wow community. We love you and respect you so much. Hope everything gets back to normal asap.

people prolly reported u for afk farming exp on ur alt, and its just under the category of "cheating"
Brother I got banned 2 accounts for hacking in less than 7 days … the only thing i did was farming emblems for my shaman on my main acc ( was playing insane hours 20+ a day ) – got banned. I made second acc to level sinc eappealing isnt working (I got the same answer as you did). Made the account 2 days later it got banned too, all i did was play around dungs/questing/farming tailoring/DE… Its 20 days already from the both bans & i'm appealing every day, i even put evidence to prove my Innocence, but of course no luck since the CS is automated and not human review. Sorry to say this, but its going to be hard to connect with human being from blizzard, but you are known for them so u might have luck! Ordinary players like me are just ignored. I literally have 20 appeals with THE SAME ANSWER, not even bothering to check the attached photos/Dxdiag/MSInfo anything I provide.
"Hacking" might also be for Botting – which i have no idea how to set up + I think if their game dev just put some analysis for bots/human they will have more success banning actual bots and not hardcore gamers. But they don't do this, which is leading my thought to think they actually NEED the bot's in-game, because they have more profit from them, since there aren't many players as before.
Here is the best advice I can possibly give you. You are a man, the world needs you to be a man. You have to stop this beta male nonsense worrying about a virtual world. At some point you will be called upon to be a man, you need to be ready. Get in shape, up your survival skills, know how to defend yourself and your family. Do something honorable. Strive to be the best you can possibly be. Not this video game garbage nonsense. Time to be a man, and not a man baby.
Hey Theo, after reading the comments @thenjry raises a good point they will always take more validity in legality over respect, our of curiousity im not sure how youtube TOS works but with them using your content for advertisement, 1 do they have to have your permission and if they dont a good way to atleast get in contact with them as a last case senario is bring up the fact they are using your videos as promotion for their game and making money off it . may be something to look into to atleast get something other then N automated response
They probably can't answer the ticket because so many other people got fired. They just haven't gotten to the ticket with all 3 of their employees left.
1. What you had describe on your lvl 11 toons and what happened in the instance will be 100% not relevant to the ban, I had tried to be an asshole and ganking lowbies for months in questing area before and never got any issues. It’s part of the game.
2. Assuming you are telling the truth which you did not use other ‘assisting tools’ to play the game, when you are power leveling your alts, are you multiboxing? This is the only reason I can think of because blizzard mentioned multi boxing is not allowed.
3. If not, then one more advice for you, your letter is weak and sounded guilty. I had been MIS banned before and I always wrote very strong (only not saying FU) email to them and I always get my issues resolved soon
You should also go directly to the wow forum and sound off there for your issue, Blizzard always will take PR issues seriously especially you are a YouTuber doing wow content
If i had a guess, I feel like you got banned for boosting or alt running which is tricky cause they are funning about alts. my buddy got perm ban for running his alt threw dungeons aswell for "boosting" which is not allowed. that would be my best guess, but ya never know WoW is funny sometimes.
Blizzard has banned 7 accounts I've had over the years and ignored all tickets and support reasons each time, and when I discussed it with friends it was the same case for them too. No ToS Breaks at all, just randomly getting banned from the game. The reason why Blizzard does this is they know dedicated players will rebuy their game, so they ban players with high play time, because they know addiction will bring players back. It's a scumbag practice they've carried on for 20 years, and they do it even in the Starcraft 2 Ranked Scene, since even my Starcraft 2 account was randomly terminated without cause or reason. Mind you I've played Blizz games my entire life, and these issues were only ever issues for World of Warcraft, and Starcraft 2, where their corruption from staff/mods is very high.

In BFa i got the big boy on Kazzak by selling ench in last 6 months of exp,, holding all the AH… Big Balls lol was awsome even cooperate with some dudes. But this u saying. Am sittin in Undercity withi my 3 Vilpera sellers seeing dks 10 lvls doing some shit like am a robot playing, reporting them last 3 months and seeing them again next month…
So don"t be sad bcs this ch is ok. Problem is bigger. Banned all the asholes that ruined the game all these years, and we all know who they are…Before retail ai played on some of the best EU private servers, was very best Pvp player, and now am alone and i like it like that. 40 year old dude here, playing since Wotlk. So I've just found your channel and this is the second video I watched about this situation. They would easily be able to tell that it was in game mechanics that killed the other players due to mind control so that's not it. It comes down to you were running two accounts at once and running them through the same dungeon at once. Multiboxing is not against the TOS but it can look very shady to other players. What is against the rules is using third party software or hardware to multibox. Were you doing that? It didn't used to be against the rules but it is now. I know that there has been big backlash against people doing that lately. I myself made a post on the forums a while back about multiboxing while farming ore or herb nodes because it's totally aggravating to be farming and to see a multiboxer using tandem riding to carry their second character around. Even without using third party software it only takes and extra 3 seconds to have two characters farm a node which completely goes against the spirit of why you can't use third party software or hardware to multibox, it creates a huge unfair advantage in the game. I've never encountered a multiboxer in a dungeon to my knowledge so I can't speak on your specific scenario, but I am sure the fact you were controlling two characters at once in a dungeon it what set off the alarm bells and raised a red flag.
