  1. SL needs more content…yet Blizzard is too fucking busy being woke and removing anything that offends people.

Fuck it, Blizzard made me quit the game I loved the most. Blizzard, themselves, are the WoW killers we all talked about for decades now. Fuck you very much, Blizzard.

  2. Totally agree on setting up the shadow lands better before getting there. However, I don't think Blizz will ever put enough story in the game for it to make since. They will always require you to buy the books, comics, etc.

  3. No matter how good someone tries to tell a story, there will always be people who will criticize it. In other words, you can't make everyone happy. However, I agree with acco regarding the comparison with lotr, namely we should have received more information about Eternal Ones.

  4. The story is kinda OK, but it's the actual game itself which is the problem.

Boring mundane garbage, borrowed power with rng, upon rng, upon rng!!

    Remove borrowed power!!

Stop decreasing gear drops and instead revert it from hardly any drops to more frequent drops!!

Make the game FUN …. Something it's not been for sometime now!!

The huge exodus highlights it more eloquently than i ever could!!

9.1.5 is a mere token gesture in response to the bad press, and its very unlikely they'll continue with this in next xpac, which is why it's unlikely anywhere near as many people will trust any 💩 they have to say and won't bother with it.

That's no blizzard, no one else.

  5. I honestly hope they do the "snap". Zuvall needs to win and reset the universe! Let's go all the way back to Vanilla and restart with the story being written and planned out for years ahead of each expansion.

Fixing all the class issues; no longer balancing them around PVP. Remove Arena, Remove Pathfinder.

I'd also remove all stats from gear, and have all gear be cosmetic. Each class would have certain stats that you max out at level 60, and there would be no more power progression, that way tuning encounters would be super easy and power creep and level resets would no longer be issues.

Of course they would have to introduce some sort of alternate progression system that feels satisfying, but ultimately can be ignored if the player wants.

I'd also make all reputations account wide, and like Accolon suggested, flying available at the get go once you hit max level, but if you fly in a zone where you haven't established rep with the local (insert group here), you get shot down until you've done the rep.

Everyone would have the option to keep their current collections, but all Achievements would be reset.

I would also remove the faction barrier. There would be factions, but players Raid, Dungeon, and Quest together. You just can't walk into others territories without being killed by Guards.

The language barrier would be gone also, and every Race can access every Class, regardless of Lore. You want to be a Tauren Rogue, or Night Elf Warlock, knock yourself out!

Every Race would also start Faction Neutral and then pick their Faction just like the Pandaren. If you want to move a character over to the other Faction, there would be a long "betray your Faction" quest chain that ends with you now Neutral with your new Faction, and 100% Hated by your old one.

  6. I think the problem with Shadowlands storylines, is that even though the devs said they want to open up new stories for us to explore, it feels more like they're trying to tie up loose ends regarding previous story elements, we're getting answers to questions that really shouldn't matter to begin with.
Why is there a cosmic conflict? They're conflicting sides of different ideologies, you don't need to pull a big bad going around badmouthing and pitting cosmic forces against each other like it's an episode of Mean Girls on a cosmic scale.
Their unrelenting need to justify previous storytelling is what's got WoW story in the doghouse.
It's ridiculous picturing the Nethrezim going around saying "Hey, you heard what Disorder said about Light's new girlfriend? Oof buddy".
    Simply ridiculous.

  7. The saddest part is that there is a Billion of storyline already set up since the dawn of time like the Etherials, the emerald dream, the dragon isles, the back of Azeroth etc… But they were so eager to do their big cosmic bummshit that they didn't take the time to use what was already there and set up the cosmic stuff with it.
