  1. #9 with the Warglaive of Azzinoth weapons brought back memories playing on a private realm called World of Chris. They had all these in the game for the TBC 2.4.3 patch. They were custom raid boss loot and the best on the realm. Everyone had them if they had played for a week or two.

  2. These myths were one of my favorite things about OG vanilla and TBC. I remember how excited i was when i figured out how you can get under ironforge by jumping to the lava, finding a ledge and mage polymorphing you.

Today large part of the game is ruined by tons of guides etc… And before someone says don't read the guides then. Part of the fun was the social aspect of groups of people trying to figure these things out etc… That isn't possible these days.

  3. The Azshara dark portal wasn't a scraped dungeon entrance… but Blizzard wasn't sure where to put the dark portal… there have been multiple over the story and they just needed to decide which one to use

  4. My favorite myth, that I still remember to this day because how likely it was, happened around the time TBC was about to be launched. The myth was that Kel'Thuzad had a chance to drop the Book of Medivh, which Warlocks or Mages, would need to open the Dark Portal for us to enter Outland.

  5. The good old days of hunting for things that were generally myths.

I recently found a VHS of a young me playing GTA San Andrea's using a Jet Pack searching for Big Foot on LP quality lol. I spent hooouuuurrrsssssssss looking for big foot lol.

  6. its kinda crazy how barebones MC was,a very basic cave, every model besides ragnaros was a literal copy of other mobs already in game, people complain these days that they re-use models to much, but atleast now they get altered in someway, nothing about mc bosses was altered, besided maybe some color difference on a few of those snake bosses

  7. I don't know how far back the myth goes about Ermac in Mortal Kombat, but when I was a kid (when I was a kid, Elementary school era, Mortal Kombat 1 and Street Fighter II were in Arcade cabinets everywhere) I remember the kids in school talking about this supposed rumor about another secret ninja like Reptile but he was red. I have a very specific memory of this.
