Had a 571k felguard before. A total raid boss. You need to get super lucky though.
I'm 190ilvl and i do 30k dps at the last boss of layer 8 with demonology..
Absolutely bananas
I had a build yesterday in a 5-man torghast where I spiked at 40k dps as demo, BUT it wasn't because of tyrant, as much as it was the 60 something imps I had up. The game visible started lagging. This was my first demo torghast run too. So fun!
I wish I could get Demo to push better numbers in mythics and raids because it's a fun spec to play, unfortunately I'm not as good at it as most and it pales in DPS when I play it, hopefully it gets a buff soon!
So stamina is our best Stat for pve
Between getting a 3 stack of the demon damage and 1 or 2 of the health regen. It makes you pretty solid as far as handling anything that comes in TG. I like running it with a group maybe a tank and me just so it takes the difficulty of the first and second floor out.

Had FG with 369k hp with + 600% dmg. He just solo every thing and i dont need cast any thing
The most I've ever done in Torghast was like 50k DPS because I had 3 50% damage during Convoke the Spirits as Balance and had 2 50% damage when 3 DOTS are on a target. I normally do 60k damage in 4 seconds with Convoke, but with that I did like 300k in 4 seconds. The mob died before I finished Incarnation in a 5 man. I'm loving Torghast!
Demonology is so strong in torghast. Demon and haste buffs lead to crazy damage. Something to keep in mind – at the vendors on floor 3 and 6 you can change your talents from multi-target to single-target. usually worth going ST on final boss. not that you needed it here!
The Primary Demon must have more health then the Caster in Demonology Specc standard 😉
I used to main my lock, but now I’m having a blast playing my survival hunter and WW monk.
So huge respect for playing non-meta specs!

I had Felguard with 900k hp 😀 …almost twice as much as the final boss had 😀
i played 75k with my demo 8 secs boss dead
demo is so op in torghast. So many specs are just meh
