This video goes over how to set up Procs in TSM correctly. By default, TSM does not take into consideration Transmute, Potion or Elixir Masteries, or any sort of Proc chance like the Silas Tool of the Trade. But I thought the quest for Pot/transmute/flask mastery was removed in cataclysm or so.
Nice masterclass on getting this set up!!! Is it correct that the specializations only work on pre-WoD recipes and the Silas procs only work on BfA recipes?
