  1. So far, its just an alt catch up system if Mythic plus was your activity of choice. By the time the average player reaches +15s, they've already had gear that can't be upgraded, save for a trinket at best.

  2. Not the best system, locking people out via achievements was a bad idea, also not having items that could be purchased even if they are say 190-184 item level it would still be a good idea for people as lower keys are usually people catching up alts.

  3. ok so the 1000 for 2 handers makes sense even while it's screwing over fury warriors. if you look at the cost for agility weapons, they are 500, but agility weapons are always dual wielded, so 1000 total to upgrade your weapons. main hand int/str is 750, off hand and shield is 250, again 1000 total. my complaint with the valor system is A) you still have to get the item to drop, which is still a shit chance. B) we shouldn't have a valor cap, because all that does is incentivize NOT upgrading your gear due to wanting to wait till you get a much higher item level. why waste 4000 valor upgrading the bracers 10x when you can hope for a higher drop and only upgrade it 3x? i'm fine with valor being 135 flat, i did the math and starting at season 2 that's 5.5 dungeons each week to stay capped and it takes twice that many to get all the vault rewards.

  4. my absolute hatred for m+ is just as intense as it has been but since it is content i avoid i am happy that the devteam did not waste good time and effort into this absolute pile of refuse

  5. Protip from someone who's doing this grind on five characters.
Prioritise farming any item you want at 210, by the time you have most of them, you're likely to be close to cap.
Rather than capping first and then farming items giving you no Valor at all.

  6. Since blizzard is worried about how much damage we can do in this expansion every Nerf and Patch has been centered around damage either medication of it or buffing other characters to do a little bit more they're trapped in their own cycle of everybody must do the same damage

  7. These prices are just absurd. Its a shit system and their plan to combine conquest and honor in one currency doesnt work. You could argue that its at least something for the m+ boys but I disagree. All this system does is destroy any hopes of getting a good sollution for the m+ loot problem

  8. Just here to remind the comment section that M+ has an infinitely spammable loot table and is the easiest end game content, therefore shouldn't have rewards equal to Gladiator/Mythic content.

  9. took me 32 runs of Spires to get EO to drop. it didn't drop for me but a guildy. this is miserable to target items. also reccomend doing +16's so u get 3 pieces of loot

  10. KSM Shouldnt be stuck at only one char, i think it was changed a while back to include any char on the account, so spread your +15s across chars if u like 🙂

  11. This system is worthless for people who want to get gear on M:0 and upgrade it so they have a chance in hell of completing higher M+ or join their guild on higher end raiding. The achievement part should be completely removed so as to help with progression. Also it is a simple database script they could have run against the items that people already received from mythic+ to allow those previously gained items to be upgraded, again another limit that is completely unnecessary.
