Does that distract talent need a target to put the mirage down? And can you use it to teleport vertically?
now outlaw is looking more useless on arena when his pvp talents being shared to assa, donβt see him good comparing to other specs. Changes are too small to make him at least B tier pvp spec on arena
I would like to see Control is King changed to "Cheap Shot generates 5 (6 if Deeper Stratagem) combo points". This lets you control your opener to either Slice and Dice, Between the Eyes or Kidney Shot. Since its Outlaw it wont be broken because your not in stealth much at all.
I'm really curious to see how tanky enduring brawler + that feint talent(?) could make outlaw. It always felt like it was supposed to be the more brawly sort of rogue that happened to have stealth but couldn't quite get there – these changes look like they're moving in a fun direction.
Drink up is probably going to mess up a lot of FTA/FTH, AV and Ashran runs since it affects NPCs.
Dagger in the dark already is nerfed on live. it's been that way since last week I believe it was.

P.S. imagine consealed blunderbuss legi with the enduring brawler and weaponmaster!!!! π more rng means more burst!
enduring brawler currently only gives 20% of BASE stamina (~400 at lvl 60) which results in about 1.7k additional HP. Not that great for a 1min ramp-up. I hope they buff this to 20% max health or 20% of overall stamina. The offensive bonus is great though, synergizing with several legendaries.
They removed ALL damage talents from outlaw, the spec that was lacking damage…
