After playing for a year I’ve only done the mythic dungeons recently and I’m working my way up. I remember how much DPS players would get roasted I felt so bad for them. It scared me out of mythic for a long time. I went back when I knew I was ready
As a new player to player to wow, I’ve noticed that some new players are just straight up dumb. Someone kindly explains the mechanics simply and its like they just go “aha woof woof stand in lava?” Wow isnt for everyone in this case

I mean.. if the guy keeps tripping on the same stone killing the whole raid over and over the raidleader patience will ran out even in the most chill guilds cause he makes everyone waste the raid time.
I can relate in a sense that I am not the sharpest pen out of pencase, I do understand when the raid mechanics are explained throughoutly. There are some players even with years experience in classic not understanding how raids work.
If it’s a player that should know better then yea, but I still remember what the learning process was like as a newer player. If you come across someone like that help them and offer legit advice and tips about what they can do better. People did for me coming up in keys for the first time and it was massive for my confidence moving forward.
Everyone forgets that they were once that person who did the mechanics wrong. Never forget where you came from

“Hey man, don’t stand in the swirls”
Neanderthal wow player: stands in swirls
This is how I feel about one of the shaman heals in our 10 man. Guy's a death magnet 😂

Meanwhile, half the raid is supplying the ammo
