Why do you need 18 shamans ? just curious xD
Actually me xD 5:55
Wow bad ffxiv bad xdd
The reason why you like M+ is probably because you're a streamer and play with people will put up with you literally no matter what.
You're not gonna go in blind and just yolo it as an average player, people will flip out on you people even expect you to know normal dungeons in and out on day 1 in WoW.
I think people just get burned out, and lose perspective of what is good or bad, and what is just burnout. I just came back after leaving in tier 2 of SL, and I'm having a blast. It's a good WoW xpac, in my opinion. I played every day of xpacs that were worse than this. People have rose colored glasses over bugs. They have always been there, in every mmo ever made.
Comparing TWW to DT in regards to voice acting is just stupid, TWW's story is extremely short compared to DT if you actually took all of the voice acting in DT and compared it to TWW it wouldn't even surprise me if DT had more voiced cutscenes.
2:06 can we awknowledge how tired Ian looks here? That man looks like he's about to fade into microsleep any second
Imagine spending money on WoW when you could do literally anything else that is infinitely more enjoyable with other people:
College football games
Concerts
Golf clubs
Eating out
Bars with your friends
So many better alternatives that are much more enjoyable and far cheaper than throwing money at a virtual pyramid scheme.
Dipla strikes again XD
When you stop caring about having the best gear possible playing MMOs becomes an entirely different experience. The majority of what Preach is complaining about hasn't even factored into my play experience.
Not that they will ever pay attention anyway but I just blasted them in the questioner about the anniversary event. I've never understood how they create something great and remove or destroy it the very next patch or expansion. 100% was in love with the mist remix and then turn around with the anniversary and make you have to fight for a horrible amount to tokens, and why, for the same dry ass we have to make keep coming back over and over and over. Maybe, just maybe, if the game was really fun again, you would not have to worry about trying to force the game play, it will just happen.
And there it is ye olde story of a wow content creator. Hype up, praise, question, the straight up negative, new patch rinse and repeat.
I really liked leveling and this time I read every quest and it was a game changer. Also really liked delves and the raid was fine. Kinda ran out of things though as I don't care about grinding achievements or make my iLvl go big. So then I played a bit of Classic Era and now I'm in a Tarkov hole
It's like Zep said, she is a bit in a bubble. The game makes the rewards the gear, then you can't advance unless you get on the M+ or Raiding train and offers little social fun beyond that. (No RP tools, no evergreen content, little Gold Saucer like content, ect…) It's great if you have the time to dedicate to a guild or a content creator/streamer of sorts. If you can't sink a ton of time into the game to maintain connections, then WoW is pretty toxic. Just the time it requires from you is way to much to ask. (Let alone the WoW token and other things like that.) Even if you have a guild, it's either a small guild with people you like and it's still hard to find a group, or a massive guild with people you don't know and might as well be a pug.
Where I very much enjoy FF, SWTOR for story, and a few other online games that are great but I'm sadly so soured on WoW I won't go back unless something insanely different happens. There is so much they could do, but each time people try to offer 'non-hardcore' suggestions, they just get insulted to all hell (not by blizzard) but the community itself. Oddly, I think Blizz wants to fix these things but the endgame community actively fights against Blizz in this regard. The leveling in WoW has always been fun, but what comes after has been so rough after Cata came out. If you are enjoying WoW more power too you! I'm not trying to do the 'tribal thing', but WoW is rather unique in how it can be fantastic for some that log-in with many people ready to play with them, then the average person that logs in that can't spend too much time and hits a metaphoric 'brick wall' after leveling and the game actively makes it hard to even play it. (Unless you're by yourself and grinding rep for hours on end.)
Over time they’ve stripped too much of the stuff that distinguishes an mmorpg as different from other games. And they go too far in trying to micromanage how players play, how much of each thing that can do, etc. loosening the transmog limitations for getting items is one great change but lack of dyes significantly limits how much mixing and matching you can do.
Core problem for WoW at this point is that due to the design decisions it’s grown full of quite a sizable number of players who don’t actually like mmorpgs. Makes it difficult to fix the issues.
Zepla you have probably been asked this many times, but I am wondering why you don't stream Classic Era or Season of Discovery, etc? Retail WoW .. sucks?
