no one has written it yet. probably addon authors are too busy actually playing the game until now. also curseforge didn't allow new addons in the first week weeks because they were migrating to overwolf infrastructure

I think you are right, but it goes a step further. You could create a table for each follower where you can determine the damage that they perform at EACH level, not just cap. Like you said, the values are fixed. Furthermore, you wouldn't get a percentage chance of success..you'd be able to predict it as a binary pass or fail since the same battle won't change if you play it more than once. You can simply create an addon that calculates the variables over and over until a result is determined, and then tell you that result. It would be complex, but it is definitely solvable. The question is whether or not someone wants to put in that effort.
I have been one of the few that have actually enjoyed the missions since they started in WoD. My alt army amassed a lot of gold and materials that helped all the way through Legion. Then BfA it nerfed it a lot, but I still did it on a lot of alts. This one in Shadowlands has been frustrating. The part I dislike is how other covenants have a healer, and they smash the hardest missions. Kyrian does not. To top it off, I really dislike getting a new follower because then my non-companions level gets lowered (since it is an average of your companions level). That really makes it tougher to complete the missions you want.
Mission tables are dumb. I will be happy when I read they will not be coming back in the next expansion.
It's Kinda broken when u have a full party against a Elite 5 lvls below and it's still a wipe
And a humongous amount of anima required to heal after
I've never completed any of the average level rare elite missioins which reward shitty gears.

kyrian are at a huge disadvantage when it comes to the mission table, due to a lack of healers, you have to outlevel every mission by at least 10 levels before you can do most of them
