You sound miserable. If you really hate the game that much just quit. Just make friends, join a guild, don't pug, and all of your complaints completely go away.
I don't know if that was a clip of one of your m+ runs, but first problem there bro: Your tank is doing all the dps. Your actual dps are really low. That aside, there's a million youtube videos, guides, tips, tricks, addons, etc etc etc that make m+ so much easier. Obviously if you're pugging it's a 50/50. Gl
its like a group of friends/guildies could instant fix alot of this, almost like it was intended….
Get out of ELO hell. You're failing +4 keys by a mile because you're doing no dps, your party is doing no dps, no one knows the routes/mechanics. Your frustrations are purely brought upon by yourself, but everyone starts somewhere. Stop complaining and get better or quit. At least the path to getting better is very easy, especially considering you're starting from the bottom.

Skill issue
Once you push beyound +10 the people dont quit, they just rerun if not timed. aka everyone leaves and reenters. it becomes more interesting beyond +8s… since not everyone i9s sweaty there .
Go outside, touch some grass and grow up. Seems you need a huge slap in your face from life for proper reality check. Mythic plus in wow are full of flaws but NONE of what you've mentioned here. You are hopeless when it comes to analyzing stuff objectively, don't ever try to do that again, my 10year old kid would be more accurate with that. Turn off wow for at least couple of months and start doing something productive instead. This video is just a mad kid ranting about stuff he's too lazy to overcome by himself or with the wide range of tools available today on the internet. +skill issue for sure

To add to the list. The worst thing about the m+. If someone ragequits and you 4 man it, the ragequitter still gets loot. Thats fokkin wrong.
New system actually keeps idiots out of higher tiers. In the last season you would've been doing +4s anyway

let me be on your side with alittle positivity. from here we can understand blizz does not have a good way to put an ilvl requirement for m+ dungeon. We can not have everything to read out patch note. people should be able to play and engage, and basic tutoring of what and what. This people can do 0, but they did not know 0-4 drop same champions gear and vault heroics. Do players know? No. And blizzard have a bad rep for introducing each affix do what. Theres no sandbox to test and people don know how afflicted and incoporeal even works. I had a pug where a healer don know how to remove afflicted at 22 on s3 and 7 s4 and keep on aoe heal it which doesnt work. And had a ret pally blinding light an incorp and argue it works. Yes players have to due diligence but u cant expect people to go to another web and study what needed to be done. come on dev. We want to plug in, undstand in game and play it.
wow bro hating hard, why u play the game? failing at 4+ means u have no clue what so ever and probably lack alot of xp, an you trying to leap over your head. learn to game, its competitive mode, try again and again and again, and get better.

this type of content is what we DONT need, would prefer less players like you in the game.
i think mythic plus is fine. mythic 0 is out there to learn mechanics and your character without the stress of the timer. if you are or your group is bad you wont be able to time keys. its as simple as that. but pugging will always be terrible with leavers, dcs and toxicity.
I dont understand the dislikes. Man the whole m+ system killed WoW for me. Looong time player.
I hated the fact my BIS was suddenly not raid gear but this RNG dungeon loot that I needed the highest ilvl of which meant spending 50+ mins getting declined from pug groups as DPS over n over n over just to get fucked because someone rage quit or DC's pre last boss. The system was meh in Legion, became dogshite in BFA and from what I've seen its not been improved.
They made it because some salty as dev was mad no one wanted to do his speedrun challange mode system in MoP and WoD.
The whole thing incetivises the worst aspects of the community to rear its ugly head.
If I wanted to do the Nephalem Rift system from diablo 3 I would've fucking played diablo 3. I've disliked it since it was added and my opinion of the whole M+ system went down hill as I was forced into engaging with it if I wanted to keep my gear relevant for Raiding.

Skill issue, I reached 2.9k rio without any addons, weakauras or macros while pugging
So you want free handouts without any effort?
why m+ is great:
it adds content for the player
changes dungeons
opens up the loot pool, instead of raid loot only
it keeps you playing the game, instead of only raid logging
you can grind achievements
in the end bad players will blame the system or blizzard instead of the community. if you truly understand why m+ sucks, thats not on blizzard. the casual community is dogwater, especially when it comes to game balancing changes. their opinion should be completely ignored.
