With World of Warcraft Shadowlands being in the state that it is in, we have to start wondering, what exactly is there for Blizzard to do? What comes in WoW Shadowlands Patch 9.2

  2. As a VANILLA VETERAN WoW player, this expansion is the first time ever in my history of playing WoW that I have let my subscription expire. Even I, I whom is Addicted to my precious feral druid, and have been playing him since vanilla, and even had WoW withdrawal symptoms… Yes I stopped playing, I will not, or (most likely ever) complete 1.5.xx….. I am so sad about this expansion experience, and am so mad at both Blizzard and Activision, and the only fix I see, is allow blizzard to be purchased by the employees whom made blizzard good to begin with!
I might not ever come back, thankfully I have all my friend's contact info from wow, I have made so many good friends from all over, and have even met many of them in RL. I love in CA USA and have traveled as far as FL, NY, and Maine, and many many states in between and have had many people travel to me too, I've had it with all actiblizz's BULLSHIT

  3. I like what I've been seeing in the videos of "Conquest of Azeroth" ALPHA . So many class variations which for me is exciting which hopefully kills any way for there to be a meta build. Hopefully Blizz pics up on this. Blizz definitely needs to get away from a "End Game" play style. Get rid of Mythic, all there needs to be are 2 levels of dgns and raids NORMAL / HEROIC. Bring back tier sets that you buy with a currency you get from doing content. There needs to be way more customization and transmog possibilities. Make it so any gear you have collected on your account should be transmogable. Cloth, Leather, Mail, Plate who cares its only the appearance you are using to create a look.
As far as FF I played most of the free to play. I do not like the art style and it really turned me off the game. The art style and the dialog breaks and all the "nodding" was like watching children's cartoons. I will be polite and simply say FF is not a game for me

  4. I hope they can fix the game for you in 9.2. For me though, I don't think there is a fix. For me Shadowlands is the worst expansion they've ever released. The covenant campaign was okay but really didn't like the leveling process, I didn't care about the zones. It felt like there wasn't anything that I wanted to do in the game. I hated the renown gating.

  5. I completely agree about bringing back Arthas and Garrosh for more people but even lore-wise Varian was obliterated into Fel so bringing him back would be ehh
Also- they did my boy Kel'thuzad wrong by not having him have SOME contingency plan, since he's ALWAYS had one before they decided to just throw him in the dumpster.

  6. As an wow player for over 7 years now,i personally tried FFXIV,but i can't find that passion in that game that all are talking about. I tried a lot of MMOs in the past years and it is just like the others..nothing special. Tbh i see Guild Wars 2 better than both of them

  7. There are so many new ideas, fixable old stuff that can be reintroduced into wow and isnt hard at all,it drives me insane and piss me off. They can fix wow easily..they're just stubborn to a point they're need to seek doctor or get fired.

  8. This is coming from someone whos played since BC; I disagree, I believe WoW has been fundamentally flawed ever since they made game features expansion based.
I can't summarize my problems in a youtube comment, but the game would need to go into maintenance mode and do a cataclysm style revamp for me to even bat an eye.
Professions, FOMO, wow tokens being part of the game design philosophy (Legendries, mounts, etc), boosting spam, ranked pvp boosters (Should be against TOS), bots, weekly lockouts for old content, story delivery & My role in the story, non existent GMS, no music selection menu. None of the games fundamental core problems will be solved in 9.2 and haven't been for several expansions, so I deleted all my characters and am playing games that value me as a player now

  9. Nothing against the guy, but I dislike this guy on the right… He just winds me up with his condescending speech, attitude and general smug nature… 🤦‍♂️

I much prefer your videos alone… I often only make a few minutes through your videos with him before I just roll my eyes and turn it off 😂

  10. People don't play the game for lore, but people come to the game for lore. Nobody bought Shadowlands because they were excited for conduit energy, they bought it for Sylvanas vs the Lich King. If you don't make lore moves, people won't come back. And currently, the lore is trash.

  11. World of Warcraft IS in a fundamentally unfixable place. It coasted on its success for too long. It has thrown out 99% of its content. It has built poor system on top of poor system, and now it has thrown away its lore. There is nothing left. If Blizzard just came out and said Soul Ash was gone from Torghast, the majority of their players wouldn't hear it because they've already quit. People do not come BACK to the game because they're excited the conduit energy has been removed.

  12. For all the years Blizzard have collected some solid Fame aorund the products they have created. In the last few years or more they do not sell quality products, they sell Fame. People buying because it is Blizzard product, nothing else. This company is not able to create a quality products anymore. The passion in the company is dead. Everything is just money and that is all.

  13. For me all I want is for them to get off their ass and enough with the wait and see story that they are telling. I dont want the answers to what Sylvanas is doing in a damned book I want it in game.

  14. @Accolonn What would you think if the next major patch of shadowlands revealed that what we see as "The Jailer" is actually just a body being mind controlled in yet another deeper layer than the existing mind control that we saw gradually be applied to Anduin? To the extent that we see things being done by the glowing eyed Anduin form….from an ontological standpoint, that isn't Anduin. We know it isn't Anduin, and we can't reasonably blame Anduin for the actions. It's like someone with a mental illness or a tumor growing in their brain that interferes with their thinking or a person with advanced Alzheimer's disease where their memory and personality is not what we know from before the disease. Thus…… what if there is some other being of Death or some being of Void or some being that didn't originally belong to any of the 6 cosmic forces which is mind-controlling the body of Zovaal…? And then that being can control Zovaal to mind control Ner'zhul to mind control Arthas to mind control Sylvanas to mind control Garithos…? We've already seen that kind of multiple layer of mind control in warcraft 3. So it wouldn't be completely unheard of for these replacement WoW devs to use the concept again for their madeup villain Zovaal. That would also allow them to explain why Zovaal is called a Jailer instead of a Jailed. If he was just a villain by himself…it doesn't make sense why he would be called a Jailer because he was the one that got put in jail. But maybe…….a direction they could go is to say that Zovaal was previously a reasonable type being in the Shadowlands deciding where to send souls as they arrived….and then maybe either he got corrupted by an evil being or he purposefully got the evil being to possess his body as a trick to imprison that evil being…thus sacrificing himself to try to protect others from the evil being. In such a way, we can't really blame Zovaal for the bad actions being done after the imprisonment…in the same way we can't really blame Anduin for what deathknight Anduin does.

I'm not saying I would love that story….as I think mind control is an overused trope at this point. But I guess it would be one route they could go in their fiction….

  15. I'm so far long gone from WoW at this point. Have played since vanilla but recently made the switch to ffxiv and I'm just completely hooked. I can't really think of anything that would bring back. I'll of course keep watching your channel and interested to see how 10.0 looks but I've lost trust in Blizzard to make great games. Just burned me way too hard through BFA and Shadowlands.

  16. If you like the plot of FFXIV, which is very weeby, then you are already on your path to becoming a full fledged weeb. Read Berserk, Parasyte, watching Vampirer Hunter D, and your conversion will be complete.

  17. i don't think so. Nobody since vanilla WoW has made an MMORPG as simple or successful, and they won't magically strike gold now when they've lost the vast majority of their senior tech staff. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Blizzard is a ghost ship. The company exists in Name only now. Most of the systems engineers that worked on the original framework are long gone. As a novice game dev and an onlooker of the genre for years I don't see anything striking about any of the properties on the market that defines them from the monotony of grinding loot tables and pointless repetitive tasks.

The entire reason for me playing the game was annihilated when they released LFR and started implementing that hideous sharding server implementation to boost apparent population size of dying servers. Really embarrassing to have to tell your staff to program a system for spreading out population numbers so your game appears more dense with players than it actually is. Picking a server was a big decision back in the day, you had a local community and local politics, it was interesting and organic. Now it's just a gutted dumpster fire replaced by casino mechanics with half the features of the original game. For me WoW has been a dead game for over a decade now. It hasn't been fun or interesting since WotLK.

  18. things to make people come back in 9.2
Make the warfront pvp event reflect how world pvp has worked previously by attcking capitol cities and would allow server clusters to compete for world areas moreso for cosmetic reasons as well as zone based raid or world boss that can reuse Island expeditions to generate the instance based on the zone.
Make the cosmetic side of SL more accessable to alts as a thankyou for being patient with this xpac, basically nerfing anima to the point we can collect almost everything in game we wanted with minimal effort.
The borrowed power system has its problems so take away all the requirements needed for high legendaries such as soul ash ect or make the collection of SL wide instead of zone specific.
Rework how raid loot lockouts work so that people who raid can spam raids all week just like m+ and get gear or just be rewarded with more then a repair bill. When the mythic race is over change the way normal and heroic work in reguards to loot where you don't get locked out from receiving loot as the "cap" was there to stop world first farming the raid for gear quicker right? Once WF is over allow the raid to be farmed so that 1 raiders dont lock their guild out of loot by raiding as soon as the week resets prior to guild raid and 2 allow all players below the top level to get gear in their chosen skill level and even might progress into a higher teir for the first time.
I just want to go in heal raids and be a heroic raid ilvl twink and be able to pass out gear to people who deserve it when pugging and can farm bosses specifically for items, even a once a day loot lock out would be good.

  19. let the Heroes fight back from Shadowlands to Azeroth… so they come through Ankahen 2.0 a big and huge Ankahet under the earth in the domain of Azjol-Nerub together with Arthas and Varian you rescued before… to purge the the Chaos Influence from the undead n'zoth or from the attack of the Jailor

You have right, i hate the lot of Time Gates… like Soul Ashes and a lot of stupid Grinding Marks of Something… let the flow go!!

  20. In regards to the letting you mix and match covenant soulbinds / abilities and balancing it. Balance is almost irrelevant in the current raid because domination shards have made everyone so strong that there is no such thing as a dps check currently, just mechanics checks. So I'm arguing that the game is so unbalanced already that it'd be hard to break it even further lol

  21. Agreed it can be fixed.
Disagree that Blizzard Development can be the ones to fix it.

Too much energy removing the wrong blocks from a Jenga Tower, only a matter of time before the tower collapses either by removing the wrong piece, rushing their decisions, or not balancing the tower when putting things back in.
