I'll see if I can break into the raid somehow without entering the portal. This kind of reminds me where if you broke out of Darkmaul Citadel and fell straight down Hrun's Barrow it would directly kick you out of the instance and bring you back to the actual Exile's Reach. Pretty cool thing you discovered!
That's interesting since typically you don't see in-raid specific mobs outside of the instance they are tied to.
