me yelling 8 hrs later when there was 4 vendors that sold skinning knives in that exact area. my Paladin needed a mining pick and purchased one from the middle area next to the large fire. literally directly in front. also the reason you didnt see any using the minimap, was because it bugs out. i noticed the 4 vendors in town when you clicked it. when you zoomed in on the map, you actually had it unchecked XD the little things to pay attention to for the future, or rule of thumb, check the vendors in the town. there are plenty
