Eh, you can still very easily level in Outland timewalking. There are no shortage of quests in TBC. Many people actually level in Outland timewalking because the dungeons in TBC are the most streamlined/fastest out of any expansion.
Fel Blade is a mobility and fury generator so its almost required to take. Also later on you'd want to pick up Demon Blades, Passive fury regen so you just fight and get fury. no longer need to actually tap Demons Bite.
