It has always been that way, you may as well farm the easiest 18 you can.
You new too the game? vault has never worked this way even the chest system before the great vault its completely random. If it did work this way everyone would spam a single dungeon as a way to farm their bis threw vault. Complaining about not rewarding effort there is no effort in doing 8 of 1 dungeon every week lol.
