Obviously we had already done a poll on Twitter to decide what was better in a completely unbiased way (Guild Wars 2) but Teapot & I sat down to compare the current state of each game.
They both have incredible features that compliment each other when playing both!
Comparing WoW and GW2 is always difficult…more so because people like different things:
people who need a reason to play, like level, armor etc, will not like GW2 for sure, or find it difficult to get back to, while people who want to play to enjoy their time, the world, story and just have fun, will probably like it…
on the other end WoW can cater to both to a certain extent: it would not be ok only for who don't like vertical progression I guess
