Great video dude! Basically what happened is, Sylvanas likely got her soul back from when she was a ranger general all the way back from when Arthas stabbed her. Also the crystal was the tear of elune, we already had one back in Legion but that one got corrupted by Xavius (the hairy guy with hooves). You might remember it better when I say that it was used to corrupt and kill Ysera a bunch of cinematics back.
They potatoed lore so bad. (sylvanas – i will not serve) yet thats what shes been pretty much doing the entire time
