Farm Pitch Black Scourgestones from rares in Icecrown during the Shadowlands pre-patch for rewards at the Argent Tournament.
Every 20 minutes, a rare elite will appear followed by a zone-wide emote saying ‘Winged figures appear through the shattered sky and call upon [Rare Mob] to rise again!’
After one minute, you’ll see a message [Rare Mob] returns, infused with dark magic!’, giving you two minutes total to get to the boss.
