  1. It's like one of your old friends died, and someone is picking the corpse apart. Inspecting the guts and how everything connects. And it sickens you, but want to understand why they're doing it, so you don't turn away. You just watch; repulsed and wondering why you won't turn away.

That's what WoW content is like now.

  3. I don't want to make the people who directly worked on this to feel bad, because I'm sure you were just following some higher ups idea and you were trying to deal with it with the resources you had, and that's why it looks cheap. This isn't bad per se, but this pales in comparison to what everyone expects from a WoW trailer.
The game was already stripped of most of it's core identity and is going through a soyfication process, and now we get a trailer that really looks what you would expect from a mobile game ad.
It's clear that Blizzard is clueless to the bone, cashing out and milking this IP as hard as they can.
For the grunts that worked on this, don't lose hope, it's pretty decent in itself, take what everyone in the comments are saying with a grain of salt because they are watching their childhood being destroyed bit by bit therefore this frustration is not your fault.
