Lyrics:

Nowhere to hide from this grand betrayal
The enemy has struck from within
Dark despair seeps under my skin
A premonition of destruction

The mighty drums of war
Will thunder once again
We will fight, we will die, we lay down our lives
Leaders fall, times change
Reforged through violent symphonies

Nowhere to hide from this corruption
The reckoning will expose the lies
Remember who we truly are
The definition of strength and honor

Now we stand and fight, Lok’tar Ogar!

The mighty drums of war
Will thunder once again
We will fight, we will die, we lay down our lives
Leaders fall, times change
Reforged through selfless sacrifice

The end is near, have no fear
When I’m gone hope lives on
Fire burns in your eyes
Warriors rise, rise!

The mighty drums of war
Will thunder once again
We will fight, we will die, we lay down our lives
Leaders fall, times change
Reforged

For the horde!

  1. During this year, I have already returned 5 times to listen and see this masterpiece. In the end, I just downloaded it to my phone, and I listen to it almost every day. Very invigorating and energizing, especially 1:542:193:35. Thanks a lot buddy for this great job. For the Horde!!!

  2. Man Warlords had an amazing start, but it just didn't feel like it stuck the landing.

There was so much I was looking forward to while leveling. I was hoping to fight Hellscream at the end and defeat his Iron Horde; I was hoping to have a raid inside a completed version of Auchindoun; I was hoping to at least get to SEE the inner part of Shattrath.

But after Blackrock Foundry, everything just falls flat. It honestly kinda feels like the initial direction of the expansion was sacrificed halfway through in order to set up Legion.

Which…is really a disappointment given how much potential it had. Like, that absolutely AMAZING cinematic for the Battle of Shattrath really built the Iron Horde as this incredible force that only could be defeated by everyone coming together.

I mean, the basic premise of the expansion was a what-if that examined an alternate timeline where the orcs didn't drink demon blood but still chose the path of conquest. It allowed you to see for yourself how dangerous the full might of the orcish horde was (especially when wielding weapons made with more advanced engineering).

But then it ends with "Lol! Just kidding, they drank the blood. Here, have some demons."

  3. Unfortunately times did change. The Horde is now a bunch of goofy ass committees and councils and PR focus groups. We went from Conan the Barbarian to Colin the head of the HOA.
