The name is a bit confusing. Technicaly is correct, Neltarion is the aspect later known as Deathwing, but Neltarions Lair is not Deathwings lair.
After he turns into Deathwing, and betrays the aspects, he gets defeated and had to retreat and hid for years in Deepholme. I don't think he never went back to this particular lair after his turn to the old god's side and that's why it retains the name Neltarion's Lair.

Maybe the writing found at the end of the video are the initials of an artist working on the map or the map designer. Or it's just to mark a corner of the map. Hard to tell if it's J.A. or X.A. or something similar.
