I went Necro with a crit build a while back. Way more fun and more effective in my 2s comp – so this legendary looks great!
But, what I'm worried about is the incoming hybrid healing nerf that Holinka talked about because I usually run double DPS. I'm not opposed to the nerf, but this type of thing can have a very serious impact on team composition for a lot of people and we're two weeks out from 9.1 – I just want to know ahead of time how much of an impact it will be so I can prepare. Such a nerf should have been implemented several months ago, not at seemingly the 11th hour (that is, I assume it will happen soon because that's what Holinka said).
They should remove AoE target limitation.

Does the procced divine storm work with sanctified wrath?
Did they tune bone smiths mastery down from 199 a stack? Bone smith buff, sanctified wrath, range pvp talent new necrolord leggo and some crit chance sounds like a ret and a healer can 2v10 an entire rbg team.
