For dhs dont forget that your soul frags count as a direct heal removing your grievous stacks
And doe grievous (incase you didn't know) has a stack removed for ever direct heal on the people who have the grevious
Additionally if your struggling as a tank with getting to much grevious stacks somehow shard of …….s aegis works against ever tick just like how stagger does
