The amber mill area has a like, phase shift thing you go into during a quest where all the mages spawn. They are in a little pocket dimension that doesn’t open up until a certain point in the quest.

Based purely on region market value and a lack of understanding about how transmog worked, I used to keep a few of these up on the AH because I had a bunch from leveling Horde alts. After about 6 months, I figured out that they weren't usable as transmog and got tired of reposting them, so I vendored them. So I guess I'll have to level some more Horde toons. LMFAO!!!
