  1. It wasnt hard to reach max level when they introduced the boost. Just took time. You weren't "Winning" anything with this feature. And it means less now that you can hit level cap in just a day if you sit down and go for it.

  2. The introduction of the cash shop made the game soulless. You used to be able to just see a players toon and know they put in a ton of work. Now you see some bad ass looking toon walking around with hundreds of achievement points.

  3. And they were completely right. This feature was the beginning of a slippery slope of corporate greed which led to the WoW token, in game shop, destroyed character progression and left the game in a miserable state.

  4. Leveling was important early WoW. I think a lot of us that don't have as much time to play as others appreciate the boosts. With that being said I'm glad classic doesn't have boosts because that era of wow leveling and questing is the most important part of the game

  5. i used a free 70 boost which came with TWW. When i used it i also got 3 mounts and it just auto completed a bunch of DF content which i haven't played yet and gave me a bunch of achievements. Genuinely felt kind of regrettable to just cheat through all that.
