  1. Im really confused about why it's a problem with having higher item lvl stuff in the raids? It opens up a possibility for new potential player power with old trinkets + current tier sets and double legendaries and if people were going to do the raids already why does it matter? It's content to do in content drought.

  2. Argh! How many times have we said (insert patch here) was a “step in the right direction” only for it to be thrown away an expansion later and blizzard be like “oh if only we got feedback for these features that we ignored since beta and previous expansions”
Also season models just sucks, what’s to stop them from introducing season passes eventually, because we all know how greedy they are.

  3. If they were able to keep dungeons and raids playable and balanced all the time at max level (no FOMO crap), they would actually be ahead of FF. They would just need an incentive to make players play them then just upgraded gear directly from them.

  4. what's the incentive of going back into those old raids if not for upgrades? I can already run older raids for Xmogs, it's more difficult to get a group together to go back into CN (Mythic) for XMogs being that guilds have ran those raids into the ground. your thoughts?

  5. I know this will be unpopular… I logged in the other day and had fun doing some dungeons.

I think the changes to M+ sound interesting. I'm probably going to play actively during 9.2.5. I've needed new dungeons since 9.0.

The raiding sounds tempting too. Especially with cross faction. I don't above heroic so not sure if its good.

If we're going to wait might as well shake up the situation. I think its a better update than 8.3.5.

The story is shit still. The gameplay is getting better. More things for an alt ho like myself to be happier.

We know WoW people need item lvl to go up for happy brain chemicals. I tried to explain to Soul, there's more to casual content than collecting and new zone content. I get very little from collecting newer mounts. 30 recolors don't entice me to hunt them all down. Theres a reason why I still ride Ashes.

All in all I think this is better than letting the playerbase languish in squalor before 10.0.

  6. This is a step in the right direction. Let's hope with the next expansion, ALL CONTENT is relevant. I wish they would had figured this out now. I always fail to understand why can't they just raise the item level in say Castle Nathria and that way? We can still play in those raids during the expansion. (Yeah, We would out gear it. Sure. But at least, Gives you a reason to be there.)

  7. take a shitty lazy system like mythic+ and add more dungeons… not actual new dungeons, just upscaled old existing dungeons. how creative. and no they wont do a syncing system like XIV, they will pull the heroic versions treatment, they will be upscaled to Shadowlands only. the next expansion they will no longer be current and be forgotten, like Heroic Deadmines.
