The Experimental Anima Cell toy has a chance to appear on vendors in 9.1 Torghast floors (9 to 12) so look out for it while you’re in there next.
It costs 300 Phantasma to buy and you can create an anima cell outside of Torghast, which can be used by you AND other players. There is 4 possible options/powers so make sure you test them all out, especially the portal to somewhere – you never know where you could end up!
