The Forgotten Feather Toy is located within a treasure in Korthia, the new 9.1 zone. The treasure is on a floating island so you will need to get across to it – the easiest/safest way is to use a Goblin Glider.
There is a slipstream on the edge of the island to return you to the mainland once you’re done there – sorry I forgot to mention this in the video lol!

I cheated on my druid amanda I got down on level then used leap 😀 but I did it first on my dh who needs gliders when you have wings

You dont need to fly over, you can if you have a glider, or wings , if you dont have any of these attributes on hand right now. There is a short cut ,you can just hop on over with your MOUNT, here's the video, you can follow the trail right before it ends theres a patch of woods on the left takes you close to the other island you can just jump from there ,I would of never found it with out the video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdymFgZdeeE Thanks Amanda for the video ,its great when you have different options.
