The Spider Soul is one of the new Night Fae Soulshapes added in Shadowlands patch 9.1 and it has a chance to drop from the Riftbound cache(s) that you can find in the Rift phase of Korthia.

To access the Rift, find a Rift Portal and use a Repaired Rift Key (you can buy these from the NPC called Archivist Roh-Suir in Keeper’s Respite, Korthia. They can also drop from treasures and rares). Coordinates for possible Rift Portal spawn locations:

There is only ever 4 Riftbound cache up per day, and they have multiple possible spawn locations. Coordinates:
