The Bat Visage Bobber toy has a chance to drop from a rare in Revendreth called Muckribbon, which can be summoned by clicking on a treasure called Forgotten Angler’s Rod at coordinates: /way 73.7, 75.4
The treasure is not always there and seems to be on a respawn timer of around 15-30 minutes.
