The Lost Featherling has a low chance to drop from the following mobs in Bastion:

– Fallacious Aspirant
– Misguided Postulant
– Assuming Scholar
– Ardent Warrior

If you’re trying to farm it, it’s much easier to do so when the Disloyal Denizens world quest is up in the Citadel of Loyalty area, as there will be plenty of other players there killing mobs so you can join in! Or just make a group!
