  1. Brian, just so you know: There is NO Shadowlands yet. You are playing BFA – thats Beta for Azerite.
    Also, this is not a bug. This is antibug mechanic that prevents you from bugging that fight. You cant run out of platform on phase 1 of the fight or boss will reset if it charges you. You can stand outside however on phase 2 of the fight if you are ranged. Note that tank/melee will be always targeted by boss then and need to move alot more. It works like this from the beggining.
