Thanks to the new setting “spell density” you shouldn’t worry about raids/epic BGs performance. Vega 8 will be fine for playing WoW Shadowlands.

Vega 8 OC @ 1600 Mhz
Cooler: stock
Memory: 8GB 2400 Mhz OC @ 2933 Mhz.

This is not extreme overclocking and it’s just simple OC which is done on a stock cooler. So, anyone can do this in a couple of simple clicks without damaging anything. But even without OC playing WoW: SL on Vega 8 is fine.
