In this video I go over what is required to create legendary items, where to find the runecarver what ilvl the legandary items are and how much soul ash is required to make them. I also talk about what you will need to buy from the AH including which gear slot is for which legendary power. I also talk about where to get legendary powers from.

Hey Sam….is it possible that they nerfed the BIS Legendary?
Bcs I got it today, tested it in AOE but the poison dont spread onto other targets during the trickshot window.
Or is it currently buggy?

ya think you mean Arcane shot. Also I dont think serpent sting legendary spreads to other targets after a multi shot. I havent seen it spread when i use it.
