You don’t NEED every MoP cosmetic, why do people act like they NEED to get EVERY cosmetic and get max gear on EVERY alt all while playing like an hour a day.
Remix has been amazing for me as a casual gamer. I get to prep a bunch of 70s and think of what classes to play for TWW. I didnt intend to play a healer in the expansion but my wow mop remix mistweaver healer is really fun so far 😅
i don’t see any reason to play it, you get to level fast thru mop? ok? with the cloak buffs? ok??? only to level again for mop classic? farm timeless isle twice? like why? i don’t get who this was for
I get from 10 to 70 in under three hours in mop remix, in retail I have to pay gold to get boosted in 5 hrs. I have no interest in cata or s3ason 4 retail. Remix gave me a reason to stay subbed. Other ppl got strong while I was living my life thats ok it happens in retail as well.
I think some of the remix takes are a bit dramatic. It seems blizzard to wanted to give people lots of options for things to do before the tww. There’s still a ton of people playing remix. Some things they could definitely do better next time.

People asked in the Forums to nerv the Frogs. Blizz ofc does this. Caus it is not intended play.
Saying "Let people have fun" is a egoistical smal minded view.
The Frog Abusers are not the only players/customers.
These kind of unitended abuses bugs ect. are only fun for a few people.
When people run ahead in a dungeon and solo oneshot everything and your just following every time its not fun for everyone els! Then people stop queing. Then the game dies. Then the Abusers also start complaining becaus the game is dead
Blizz is right in looking after those that dont want to play normal.
Why people want to solo raids? You can solo raids in retail already (not current content but you have like 11 expansions of soloable raids)
IMO how they fumbled MoP Remix was doing it when cata was coming out for 2 reasons.
1. Its overlapping
2. Its caused people to doubt / argue about if they are doing or even should do MoP Classic and if MoP is "Classic" or if "Classic" just means "Past Expansions for the purpose of video game preservation for profit" (Which would lead to wondering if they will eventually reset back to classic and go again at some point)
Blizzard doesn't test anything.
🤷. It was marketed to be a fast leveling experience.. using only MoP… Its incentive, 5:45 is transmog and exclusive mounts and achievements.. ?

This dude makes a great point.. there are/were people in LFR locking people out of fights.. rushing through… Loot works on proximity… And players, we're getting screwed out our thousands of bronze..
The player base is gonna find exploitative methods.. and they have to make balance an priority.. certain exploitative measures.. are cheating..
And having an active response.. seems appropriate… No?
Does someone sitting afk using tinkers and mailed loot system to overload their cloak..

it's the "farming while afk"
It's the "zone and server shifting"
And another point, is that botting (knowingly and has been) still occurs..
Which is another aspect blizzard has to counter.
Just give us a bronze stat on the cloak, 100% bronze gains would solve everything instead of me having to level tons of alts that i would rather do in TWW anyway
While I agree with you that all came too short apart from each other, giving a poll with 1 version of WoW vs 4-5 of them, the latter will win. Doesn't mean people aren't playing Remix.
I think a lot of people are just butt hurt for missing out on the frogs. It’s really not that big of a deal, as a non frogger and someone that could play only on the weekends due to work trips I was able to full clear mythic in about 2 weekends of play just by completing all the quests and achievements with the time I had. No frog farming, no bronze farming. Don’t be a weenie and have some fun

What am i watching again? I level up a lvl 10 to 70 in 56minutes never saw or had similiar fast leveling experience its great and fun, yes level 70 sucks and bugs to Reputation gain or tranmog learning but reading it takes to long like wow, if they would make alts gain 300% as ptr you would level in around 20minutes like what is that dont you think its to quick?
Frog farmer are you for real guys? Some people had cloak max cloak without killing single frog second day of remix 2 russian carry us soo mythic didnt kill single frog
And you have people which think frogs were so good, i must say its entertaining to read but people clearly dont play the game before complain
MoP was my first time playing. Just casting my mind back. To being camped at lvl 30 ish by some ally Worgen as a destro lock struggling still with the game. He purposely stepped in my RoF, pvp pops and then stayed and killed me for an hour. I hated alliance after that and 260k HK's later still do. I loved MoP, I went all the way by expansions end, challenge run gold completed, mythic Garrosh down etc. Loved it.

I think the take in the Preach video is wrong concerning the time things take. I missed the first week so no frogs or other stuff.
It took me about 2 Weeks to get to the item level cap and with the knowledge I have now, It could have been significantly faster.
Yes you need more then 1-2 hours a day, while gearing up. ( I probably played 5 on average)
But 90 days should be more then enough even for casual players.
Now as many ppl are on on high item level the heroic raids take about the same time as LFR.
You spend more time running then actually fighting the bosses.
I agree it is still not great game design doing the same content every day.
But making about 60k bronze in 90min each day, makes it trivial to buy all the mounts/transmogs you want.
And ignoring powerfantasy, transmogs and mounts:
Remix is great for players that want to move to a different server or faction or returning players.
With very little investment you are able to prepare for the next expansion.
Who gives af if they fumbled this trash few months long, janky event? Leave this nonsense on the backburner and do something with SOD already.

One the two currency thing for gear upgrades and cosmetics: have an exchange option once you max out gear. That would fix most of the gear/cosmetic issues.
People are whining way too much lol. It’s been a blast.
You can hit 70 in less than 5 hours, 8 tops, if you do it right. Run heroics straight away, and don't loot the bosses. Run normal raids when you hit 25. Don't loot bosses. For both of them: Go into your mail, pull out the XP threads, use those, and leave the bonus XP from the bosses.. Repeat until you are at TOES. Run that normal, do the same with the bosses. Get the XP threads out again. If this is not your first cloak, you will have less XP bonus, but if it is your second toon, you should be around 250% depending on how many heroics you ran. Open all of the bonus XP now. You should be at level 60 at this point. Run Throne and SOO normal, loot the bosses and the Bonus XP, by that time you should be hitting 70. And don't worry about normal raids. If you don't see one not asking for stupid ilevel numbers, start your own. lower level toons hit hard. They usually run pretty fast. You can be done in less than 5 hours easily. I know Hazelnutty has a video on it, probably far better than my description.
Also, you DON'T have to redo the achievement to get the jewelry for alts. That's incorrect info.
I don't understand people who want to gear up toons, honestly. There is really no point, it is here to boost toons for basically free, and get the mounts and xmog you want. So do that. If you feel the need to raid in what ISN'T Mists classic, go ahead.
I swear they have a “development team” that creates the content then it gets passed to a “balance and upkeep team” that just absolutely breaks what the game is supposed to be.

Frog farm was not a problem for players.. it was a problem for retention.
I might have played remix eventually.. but i def wont now that the frogs are gone.
Time used to reveal the best strategies in games.. now devs just see retention issues and nerf everything.
Remix was great.. then blizzard ruined it.
Torghast was great.. then blizzard ruined it.
Ashran was great.. then blizzard ruined it.
Wintergrasp was great.. then blizzard ruined it.
They just keep listening to the majority of players.. and there's a good argument for doing that.
But.. just remember.. if all laws were written and regulated by global public vote, we would all be dead.
You simply can not allow the majority of players to run the game and expect it to work.
