  1. I would have thought that the conduit that sent sylv to the maw was the fact that her soul was marked by the frostmourne. And that explains quite a lot about the wielder of the frostmourne being called an agent of the maw, how uthers soul split with the help of the light etc etc. And that's why so far we have seen noone who died directly from the frostmourne or who was brought back by arthas in shadow lands zones as npcs

  2. If you become a deathknight against your will, as I think is the case, your path in the afterlife is chosen for you and you end up in the maw despite how you lived your life prior to this? So you are effectively not given a chance? The chance is taken from you by the one who turns you?

  3. Admittedly i don't know much about the lore but what if azeroth is going to be a big baddie when she wakes up and the jailer seen it coming. Tried to do something about it but his peers, for whatever reason, stopped him and imprisoned him. Knowing he couldn't fight them he purposely fractured his own energy and just scattered it until the shadowlands were at their weakest before he starts snapping necks and cashing checks. Everything else is a red herring

  4. To say all souls touched ( returned to life) by necromancy, go to Maw is a bit stretched. I feel it goes against the very core of the WoW design wich is balance. You may argue that balance means justice, but that is another topic. Anyways…the ideea that a paragon of goodness, a paladin for example, that is practicing virtue is being turned into DK and THEN it continues his long walked path of virtue the SAME as it did in life, to say that his soul is "cursed" as if cursing a soul is ever some1 else's option, not entirely yours, and that paladin/dk is instantly and definitively assigned to Maw, with no derogatory of his inner forum, is a bit…anti-WoW essence. For this statement to be correct it would mean to wreck havoc into the inner delicate core of WOW Universe. I think, that without a very careful compensating argument about the fate of such necromanced soul, to say that virtue can be damned no matter what, hands down, it would break the WoW Universe to a point that it cannot be repaired back from. So, as one of my favourite quotes in Blizz's Universe states, "Tread carefully" here on this one. Or was it …."I don't…tread…..carefully…" ( terran tank) ? 🙂

  5. I think all this death lore expanding IS going to lead to the release of a necromancer class…. They wanna expand the death back story so they can make a class that isnt just a Caster DK. they wanna blow open the death spells and magic so they can properly make a new class that is unique.

  6. If you would do the lore videos like your intro it would be great.
I always feel like I watching a recycled livestream….I think it is recycled content.
Everything in the intro is better. Everything.

  7. Accolonn if that is the case of anima… why is Kael'Thas in a place in the shadowlands where he is to earn his redemption? As we did kill him, and when we fought him again, wasnt he brought back to life by necromancy?

    hmmmmm?

  8. Accolonn, Can you pleeeeeeeease address the 6 circles around the cosmological map??? I think they represent the "First Ones" and I think Elune is one of them. If you look at the map the one in the upper left hand corner would be the creator of life and light or maybe "favored" them. The one in the right side middle would "Favor" Disorder and Death. It just seems to me that the 6 circles on the edges of the map must represent Something.

  9. But if necromancy removes the anima from a soul, why would Kel'Thuzad (the most powerful necromancer I know of) be an agent of the Jailer? Wouldn't he be depriving his master of power?

  10. Sylvanas went straight into the maw because she was dragged in by an external force, just like Uther and Devos did to Arthas. And fairly sure it was the Jailor himself who did so. With a second chance of it being Yogg-Saron.

  11. can anyone explain to me why in the 7.3.5 cinematic when the titan pantheon summons Argus you can hear a voice in the background saying" That which you Have Stolen will be your undoing" i know this is Sargeras but what is he talking about

  12. So, I believe that Zovaal was banished because he opened the backdoor into the shadowlands for the Void Lords. Each expansion tends to set up the next and I believe Zovaal is in league with the Void, which will be the next expansion.
