I am now leveling slower with my 25% xp buff than I had on my second character with a 5% buff
They ruined delves. Which was one of my favorite things to do in EA too… sad. These changes are massive L.
The fact the gear that drops is lower than the gear that we collected in DF, is a bit annoying.
If you stop to smell the roses like exploring, doing side quests, and reading quest text leveling isn't too fast. By the standards of the past like Vanilla, BC, Wrath etc. it's lightning fast but not in and done in a day if you do what I mentioned above.
They fucked hard changing the leveling. We just started a expansion with 60 toons. Me and my friends just gave up leveling tools because everything now is pain. I have been seeing ppl die multiple times in dgs and taking more than 20 min to complete a single one. And storyline xp quests is not that good too. I can't understand their way to think. Like… here level up 60 tools fast and here take ilv 480 for then. And finally just turn everything hard xD.

Well i power leveled all characters before official launch so not a big deal.
the lvl'n nerf should of happened during beta testing not during/after early access.
9:30 she’s in Dornogal currently and her item list is the same, maybe it will change during a new patch though I don’t know.
She’s beside the black market auction house NPC.

As of a couple days ago the lady was already in Dornogal and she had the scarab
it was a needed change to be sure, i sailed through all the way to level 78 on 502 Epics and did not have to change out my gear. i've only started trading out my 502s for 535 Blues and a 551 Eng Helm.
Was the levelling adjustment necessary? Yes maybe.
However – doing this right after Early Access is f….d.
It is absolutely impossible that they didn't notice this issue during Beta or even Alpha testing. So why the heck did they wait until after the EA phase was over to make the changes?
There is only one explanation for this: They wanted to push their garbage EA BS by making leveling easier for the whales who where foolish enough to spend this ridiculous amount of money while screwing over the people who didn't.
This was 100 % planned and not just an accident.
Blizzard intentionally left out leveling scaling so streamers/YouTubers and world first raiders could level fast with p2w early access.
Then screwed everyone 7 days later not 2 hours after EA launch 7 days with oh some people can't do their roeation😂
It was intentional.
I was killing mobs with 3-5 attacks before this happened, now it has increased to over 10 attacks per mob in some cases. This is the ussual executive bs to try to get as much sub money out of you as they can. They'll make it take longer to 'steal' money out of your wallet as best as they can and one of the prime reasons why I end up cancelling for months at a time. Why pay a sub to do something that takers twice as long when I can just go play another game come back months later and then get the play I expect as they nerf things.

A friend of mine skipped dragon flight and leveld from 60. And he was having a really hard time in the beginning of war within at lvl 70. With most items being less then 360ilvl.
