Had a mw in a 8 SV not once clear echoing void on the last boss. Me being the ret chad that I am had to top dps while healing the healer then using every brez for him to stil never remove the debuff and eventually die again 😂
I experienced this in the form of the guild leader giving bad instructions about the mechanics and experienced players telling him its not going to work but he says lets try it anyway and then we wipe, he tweeks some things but sticks with the poor mechanics all night
i played a warlock for 13 years raiding in wow… more than a few times we got that speech and it was our pets not us 🙁 we were framed by demons.. especially learning Kara when it first came out ,

I was the raid leader of a guild during Cata, we had a Ele Shaman who was a god at mechanics but shit DPS and we had a Warrior who was a god at DPS and shit at mechanics… They both were the problem and the raids always devolved into them blaming each other…
