I'm getting 1 hour levels all the way through provided you have rested.
This includes level 59 to 60.
It appears the experience just scales no matter what level you are so you never loose value.
Presumably it would be 2 hour levels without rested, so my plan is simply rotate through alts until they don't have rested any more then level another one.

If you got to an expansion zone to level archaeology you can cut down your travel time
This is really good stuff, wont do it tho but still good stuff .You did said something about mining/herb because I have lv 51 dudu that is miner/herb and I just tested this and it turns out I CAN reach lv 60 by farming fel iron and khorium :). Will also test arcane crystal and wotlk/cata ores.
