  1. They can take a decade for all I care. Fuck em. While they try to pull their heads out of their asses I'll be hangin with my big titty cat girls in the FC in Gridania.

  2. The resources given to a project will be always proportional to the people playing it. Right now the sub count is miserable. That means the actual work on 10.0 will always be subpar to 9.0. We all wanted less systems, now we will get less period. Vote with your wallet to see actual change, but don't expect it to have innovative content.

  3. Billions of dollars taken in from the game but yet development time is degustingly long. A game making this much money should have new shit every month. What a joke.

  4. I hope with future expansions (And the recent post of Mythic + as Asmon states here, Seems like they are trying.) But ALL CONTENT of that said expansion should be relevant. I mean if you are a new player right now? All you can do is the current raid. Cause the only reason why we even raid is the loot drops. I fail to understand why Blizzard can't even right now? Just raise the item level and that would still make Castle Nathria relevant to play. Yeah, I know there is the argument we will out gear it a bit. But cause of that, It still gives you a reason to at least see that content. And no, LFR does not count….. LOL LMAO

  5. Let's be honest; Blizzard is on their knees and bringing these old raids back is just lazy design. The delay and draught of content is a result of the shitstorm they've received lately, they've put all resources on damage control. Next expac will be exactly the same as shadowlands: World quests > a new azerite systems > adventure table > Timegated chapter progress questing…

There haven't been anything innovative coming out in WoW since Legion. Same old grinds, new names, new ways to timegate. Its gonna be exactly the same next expansion, don't fool yourselves.

  6. im not saying wow is bad or good right now.. but everyone even asmon should think of one thing. wow is 20 years old so its obvious its gonna have some flaws while the new games build on wow's bad things and try to correct them. that does not mean they are better games. If any game manages to stay 20 years in the market its gonna have way worse flaws than wow propably.

  7. Preparation via consumables is good, it creates an economic incentive to engage in professions and allows people who like to make gold via professions purpose. It also is a gold sink which is also a good thing for the economy. Gold should be valuable and not inflated to the point it is. This is why raiding should take food and potions.

  8. The bosses have been tuned down so much that killing them isnt very interesting killing them because you had to do it on raidfinder and normal 20 times already. So heroic or mythic doesnt really make you give a shit its just an artificial dificulty for the sake of it and it is an excercise in futility. Now.. if they made raiding START at heroic and end at mythic and theres no catch up mechanics then it may be worth trying to accomplish.

  9. ALso i thi9nk the quality of people that make it to the endgame and raids has dropped significantly. It used to be an activity for the creme de la creme, the smarter, more driven, more motivated people. Now its every dreg off the street gets boosted to endgame. Its no longer fun to be ammong the raiders when the raiders are fucking loosers that are only there because blizzard gave them a participation ticket through all the leveling.

  10. After the amazing news about the future of Guild Wars 2 that Arenanet just put out, I don't really care what blizzard does right now at all
-Season 1 returning FREE for all players starting April 19th, concluding with a new Strike raid
-Challenge modes for strikes releasing every 2 weeks starting April 19th
    -new legendary weapon variants
    -steam release THIS YEAR
-End of Dragons OUTSOLD the previous expansion
    -Playerbase DOUBLED since 2019
    -4th expansion ALREADY confirmed
-New story saga begins (seemingly) in the fall of this year, with a new zones and chapter beginning

Yeah, I am good. Thanks Blizz, good luck with 10.0

  11. Adding (8 mythic dungeons) – that span the last 4 expansions of wow.

Taking notes from other MMOs Blizzard. Is absolutely wonderful! _ re explorong past content is never negative. Nor is it (immersion) breaking. Its a smart way to utilise the ressources you have. On top of providing content!

  12. I knew it was going to be a while before the expansion and main reason is the buyout. Once that is all settled out they will have a huge promo and push the new expansion I wanna say first quarter next year maybe second one.

  13. I don't like wow raiding either, wow specifically, because it has so many barriers that makes it frustrating as well as a very toxic community where if you fuck up once you get mega flamed, this of course happens in lost ark as well but for me raiding is only fun when you do it with people you know in voice comms, you chill and you beat the boss.
There's a lot of conditions for raiding to be enjoyable these days and yeah it's probably because I have done it so much in the past and i'm getting older.

  14. What the fuck kind of argument is "It's removing value from cooking"? This isn't real life, you don't need to text your mum to bring you food, just do it yourself. Do WoW players not know you can learn cooking as a secondary profession, have we reached this point? Cooking economy! I swear to god, WoW players will invent an entire universe just to argue and whine.

edit: "You raid to kill bosses, not for gear" is the kind of BS is so pretentious. Oh ye mighty, who has the moral high ground! Fuck right off, there's two kind of people who spout such nonsense: 1) liars 2) donkeys who stand in the fire because "it's just a game, bro"

  15. I don't think anyone realistically expedted 10.0 to come in 2022. I would expect nothing for a full year. Every content cap has been the longest we've ever had so there is no reason why it would change. Just don't expect a longer gap will make it a better expansion.

  16. All of these systems are needed because of item lvl. All you do is try to increase numbers. They need to go to a item system that works with class/item specific abilities, speed, damage, spell effects, etc. Its harder to balance but ilvl grinding is just lazy development, makes content stale and a grind. Then you scatter the items, sets over several dungeouns/raids and you let pvp and mythic be the grindy upgrade paths.

  17. 1:08 literally while I heard you say that I was like "Cool, I'll just log into the Diablo 3 PTR & try out the Monk, Barb, & Crusader changes they asked us to tinker with in the patch notes"
The people at Blizzard are people too, & they deserve the opportunity to sincerely do their job. Give them the time they need to make a well thought out & executed addition to this game, they've been living in a dumpster fire for SOOOO long now..

  18. I play tbc and I like the consumes and trash is nice too. A very "gameified" game feels soulless. I don't wanna spawn outside the bossroom if we wipe. I love the runback so I can socialize and maybe even theorise.

  19. We have no new content and our current content sucks so how do we make old content relevant again. F**** lazy that's what I think of it and I'm not gonna buy the new expansion

  20. I ran through BRD yesterday 4 times for recipes. Got all but one…..soon…soon LOL. I hate Mechagon. I had to run it 5-6 times while leveling once using dungeon queue method and I had to stop and just quest until I leveled too high to get it anymore. It was terrible. Your take on raiding is pretty much mine. I hate it. The social interaction is mostly toxic. There should be a questing option to get gear close in item level to raid gear for people that don't like raiding. There should not be only one path to better gear.

  21. When are you gonna finally admit that you hate multiplayer games and that you only want to play solo games because you only care about yourself and progressing your own character

  22. Ever since he played FF he’s been a lazy player. In one sentence he praises WoW for being the game where he would be happy and comfortable just running around Dalaran aimlessly while in the chat trolling and another sentence complaining about his time being wasted… He wants everything instantly and for no cost. Basically not an mmo player anymore 😂 I can’t wait for all the Final Fantasy players with Anime girl profile pics to tell me I’m wrong 🥴

  23. FFXIV raids have the exact same system of patch by patch vertical progression where old gear is invalidated but somehow it gets a pass? This is one of the main reasons I quit playing FFXIV years ago.

  24. 5:00 Sorry, I don't trust the poles 1 iota after they ignored what won the voting on rewards from mage towers 2.0 INSTEAD of earning the OG artifact appearances and the new ones for those that had earned them. They gave us the tied for least votes option- re color of a tier set.
After that, I don't trust them with the results for either this or the Siege of Orgrimmar votes. What won that was if you earned the heirloom weapons/shield/offhand you earned new ones and those that hadn't get to earn them. Based on what they did with mage tower, what they'll do is a recolor of the tier instead.

  25. One prediction I have made that I'm fairly confident about is this:

Obviously 10.0 will NOT be coming out this year. Anyone who thought that would happen is delusional. I don't think it will come out next year either. There is a ton of pressure on Blizzard to make something that will bring the disgruntled former fans back. They are going to be worked to the bone to make something special… whether or not they pull that off… well that's beside the point here.

But the main reason I think it won't even come out next year is that next year is when the Microsoft deal is finalized. There will be considerable work done on 10.0 before that, and then they will be seeing some new management coming in with new ideas and vision for what WoW should look like… especially Phil Spencer who is nostalgic for the Blizzard of old. The new management from Microsoft will clash with the current regime at Blizzard, sending WoW into Development Hell, which will bring about a couple of months of delay.

Whether or not the final product once this Development Hell is cleared turns out to be any good… I can't really predict that… but I do know that the transition and the restructuring will definitely make it difficult to make this expansion pack since its development will begin before the merger and will still be in development after the merger.
