The Nine with Dragoon – Stormscale. By this point, people are starting to remember some of the fights. This boss can hurt most groups that don’t know how to handle to the fracture debuffs. For some reason, I kept thinking it would happen all throughout the first phase. On heroic, it only happens when Skyja comes down. Woops.
