  1. I have fond memories of legion and this video just made me realize what a great time I had with Legion. If classic ever gets this far, it's very likely I would take another spin. Thanks for another great video Edd!

  2. the fact that the "Army of the Light" wasnt a trick played on us by the Nathrezim is sooooooo stupid holy shit. when I saw that retarded "light dreadlord" (with his horns fucking sawed off lol) I thought "yep, this is all a trick to infiltrate us, how cool. I wonder what other twists and turns are in store."
but no it was entirely serious lmfao thats when I knew WoW's plot would never rise to anywhere near WC3 or WotLK ever again.
Basically the Army of the Light subplot invalidated the entire expansion; The Legion are idiots who don't know how to lay traps or plots like they did in WC3; the heroes will win no matter what b/c they glow. lol
Illidan was cool though. Him tearing upon the portal to Argus was kino. But then the entire plot which happens on Argus was like they were just trying to get everything over with.
I mean SHIIIIT man they already established the precedent with the Dreadlords posing as the leaders of the Scarlet Crusade…

whoever wrote Warcraft Chronicle fucked the lore forever and I dont forgive them (and I dont care how long they've been with blizzard etc.). The cosmology was far better when all the universal forces coexisted in the same reality but overlapped and influenced each other; hidden beneath one another. The Emerald Dream underlaid reality, and so did the elemental planes and so did the Shadowlands and so did the Twisting Nether etc. etc. The problem with defining everything in neat categories is that it makes the universe feel artificial and robotic; rather unlike the real universe, whose laws of physics and molecular forces all work together and overlap each other.

  4. Zephyr was really strong after the initial buff. Making it BiS for some specs like Shadow priest who could proc it with both friendly and offensive dispels. Same for m+ dungeons.

Prydaz was also mandatory to do high end keys, as common unavoidable group dmg mechanics would kill you without the shield refreshing every 30 seconds.

Legendaries only really sucked at the start where they weren't on a relatively similar powerlevel. If we get Legion classic and legendaries were to start in their Antorus version, as well as maybe letting players hard pick the 1st legendary they get, combined with buffed Artifact power rates from the Tomb of sargeras patch, the game will be ideal.

  5. i think it was legendary bracers that made my horde paladin almost unkillable on top of some spec in world pvp
ganked the shait out my server, there were several guilds hunting me
the only time i have felt more op than this was during lvl 70 to 80 switch on the PTR server where palas got super-saiyajin mode
Suramar was my preferred hunting ground, since i needed to safezone 20 peopel trying to get my azz at the end🤣
