(to get to him) you have to use the Ancient Translocator
if you can’t see the WQ (on the map)
then you need to do the Zereth Mortis Campaign until you
have opened World Quests in Zereth Mortis (finish 3rd chapter).
melee : just don’t stand in stuff / range (aka blizzard) = super easy fight
World Quest Rewards = Anima Matrix (250) , Cyphers of the First Ones,
some reputation with The Enlightened, some Sandworn Relic
and a chance to get (259 ilvl)
i got (259 ilvl) ‘Cosmic Guardian’s Casing’ and ‘Adaptive Armor Fragment’
