As a havoc DH my blur has about a 50 second cooldown so I use it pretty much on cd.
Not everyone can do that but you should view a CD that is on cooldown as a waste of potential gains, even if those gain aren’t in DPS.

Also, Nubkeks, what do you use to show the defensive abilities on your raidframes? The buff icons that show on each frame. Thanks in advance!
Thx for the video our healers struggle alot with mana and this could be the major problem in our raids. I will check our logs to analyze that 🙂
