  1. This is about as much info as I have currently. A lot of this only becomes important when mythic opens. Remember, blizzard is known for making class balance changes after heroic week is done. Just stay up to date with stuff. I'll be sure to post what I research

  9. I've avoided going sub since WoD and have been pretty competitive but the way they're dirty dealing outlaw I'm not going to have much choice if I want to maintain that place. Even sin is finding itself being to play catch up.

I hope daggers get nerfed, my alt rogue is something like 16 hc Sylv kills in with 0 daggers dropped(as well as 0 daggers from vault as well) and I honestly dont think I even remember seeing more than 1 rogue in those 16 runs get themselves a dagger…its fucking insane. Outlaw is dead though outside of maybe…ToP? Dont see where Outlaw would have an advantage over either of the other 2 specs in pretty much any raid situation outside of there being a ST fight with very frequent add phases of 3-4 targets(and that didnt have low enough HP that the burstier AoE/cleave specs didnt just melt them before outlaw could get any decent value on them). I mean I just dont see how Outlaw ISNT a completely dead spec in 99% of cases in M+, after testing Kyrian Outlaws 5 target cleave on the PTR its…nothing special, plenty of other specs out there who can absolutely do way more than Outlaw does on 5 targets except those specs are also uncapped and not completely useless >5 targets. Plus with the additional borrowed power, tanks are likely going to be pulling bigger than ever and very often, which means Outlaw has absolutely zero place then, it will quite literally get destroyed on the meters by a Prot Pally or Brewmaster(probably DH too) in 9.2 on any 8-10+ target pulls. It NEEDS to be uncapped and receive a bit of tuning, shit is absurd that its still the only spec that is capped.
