  1. I would have though clefthooves would be better as they've got 20% healing and 10% armor from blood of the rhino aswell as predators thirst, so they can keep their health topped up alot easier.

  2. Wrong pet unfortunately. For BM the clefthoof has always been the best solo pet. It can do whatever scalehide can and gets less damage and heals better. That might be less important for older raids. But as you choose a scale hide for its abilities, clefthoof is better.

Did you change to BM recently from MM maybe?

  3. As others have said Clefthooves are the BEST option but I personally opt for Corehounds because Clefthooves are ugly AF. If I REALLY need that extra tanking ability I'll use it but otherwise my Corehound does the job. I'm sure Scalehides are just as viable.

  4. you may say scale hide but i rather take a clefthoof in any fight becouse of the folowing abiletys. (note: thay are also verosity pets and thay are exotic meaning only Beast Masters can tame/use them)
    Thick Hide

When falling below 40% health, the Clefthoof's skin will thicken, granting 60% reduced incoming damage for 15 sec.

This effect can only occur once every 120 sec.

    Blood of the Rhino

The Clefthoof has 10% additional armor and increases the effectiveness of healing received by 20%.

  5. Any class can solo farm GMOD, just go to the BFA main city of your faction and queue Victory or Death LFR and kill Jaina.. don't think you should waste time clearing a full normal/heroic/mythic raid when you can use a couple alts and do it in a fraction of the time

  6. Thanks for this.
I may be along, long time WoW player, but my health issues these days make me slow, so I solo anymore. (Unless my 25 year old son helps me, when he's able)
So this is a great pet to run in the Raids, and I'm gonna get me one.
Good help got a sub. <3
